Arkansas River Skywatch

I went for my weekly after work run on the Arkansas River last night. Autumn is here, the air is drier, the sun is lower. I love Fall in Tulsa.

Arkansas River Sunset

What is Fall like where you live?

Check out Skywatch Friday for other photographs of the sky from all over the world.

This is a wonderful scene. Great shot.
Fall in Pennsylvania is so much more beautiful than any that I expirenced in Claifornia or Texas. So many trees and so much color.

That sun is unbelievably big!!! The colors are great. I can almost feel the crisp fall air just by looking at the photo!!! Happy SkyWatch =)

Oh, yes, a beautiful scene! Love the reflection on the water, and it looks so peaceful. You can almost smell fall in the air. It’s pretty much the same here, lovely, but a little cooler! Marvelous shot!

    Have a great weekend!

What a terrific sunset. Fall seems to be picking up speed here in the mountains, especially after a couple of cold nights. A lot of trees and turning and leaves are falling. Looks like this will be a raking weekend already!
Thanks for stopping by and your kind comments. YC does take a lot of pride in their store. They have several factories in the area that manufacture many of the candles and all are nicely landscaped, etc.

A beautifully framed photo, great light and reflection!
I love fall in Utah. We’ll have another month, at least, of great riding weather, I hope.

Such a lovely shot, especially with the leaves silhouetted against that clear sky. Here in eastern New Mexico after so many years in New Hampshire, we are still getting used to the gentler changes from season to season and the subtler changes in colors.

Oh lovely photo. The sun really is very low and so close to earth. Hahaha the only fall I know in my country is when I slip and fall…lol. We dont have four seasons here but it will be raining season normally towards end of the year and January.

This is gorgeous, and it looks so much like home to me! Not a surprise, considering it’s practically where I grew up, but still it’s a beautiful shot!

You know what its like in Albuquerque, absolute heaven.
Balloon fiesta with bright blue skies filled with hanging ornaments. Perfect golf weather, little wind, only in the 70’s. The cottonwoods and and aspens turning golden.
