Baloney Sunday Challenge – Proverbs 22:6

Saturday, Sweetie and some other members of our Adult Sunday School class helped Walt Whitman Elementary School with their annual carnival. SuperPizzaBoy and I went along because it sounded like fun. Typical deal right, Sweetie works and SPB and I play.

There were games to play
005

Hot dogs and cookies
006

Snow Cones
009

A little sensory time in the gravel (try it, it feels great!)
018

Some silliness for Dad
015

Finally, exhaustion

Nearby we spotted a blanket somebody make long ago. I love it.

Todays verse is:

“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.”

Proverb’s 22:6 (NIV)

    Looks like a fun carnival!!

Those are great pictures of SPB. I love the one of him peeking through the trees and laying on the bench.

I totally get the sensory integration stuff. And, it does feel good.

    Great pairing!

I did mine and didn’t use live writer so maybe it will be easier for you to get on my blog. Sorry about that.

I like that verse, it certainely worked for us. In fact I think our boys went beyond any good training or example, I’m in awe of them both.

With all the love and support SPB gets from his parents, I’m sure he’ll do ok.

Can I have a hot dog, too? Guess not, it’s not on my diet.
