A couple weeks ago we spent some time at Silver Dollar City in Missouri. The weather was perfect and the park was bustling and busy on the ground but if you lifted your eyes a few degrees it seemed that we were deep in the woods.
Lots of sweet gum trees with their distinctive seed pods.

Oh what a gorgeous collection.
