Totally apposite picture for England today – 5 November – Bonfire night to celebrate the attempt to blow up the Houses of Parliament by Guy Fawkes!!!! We “celebrate” by having huge communal bonfires and lots of fireworks so hundreds of sparklers will be lit tonight.
Autumn foliage and seed pods, great subjects for the photographer. Your disposable did a good job on that run, glad you finished no matter the rank. The important thing is to keep moving.
The grass seedheads do look like sparklers. They’re putting on quite a show.

I saw some of the same at Denver Botanic Garden yesterday, Yogi. Aren’t the grass seed heads wonderful in fall?
