Skywatch Friday – Morning Run #2

20101110_33

Sometimes I like to get up early and take a run on Arkansas River trail system here in Tulsa. Daily Savings Time gives me a little more light. Sorry for the blurriness. It is hard to hold the camera steady after you have been running a few miles.

Aha, now I know why I have trouble holding the camera steady. Oops, no, I haven’t been running. Oh, well.

Yogi, this is a lovely shot, and all the more because I know someone who runs!

You really should come out to New Mexico again. There is a lot of room for running and you can gaze on those big, big skies you miss. Although I’m seeing an awful lot of sky in this Skywatch photo of yours.

Yep, Clair said it for me, too! Have trouble holding the camera steady, but it has nothing to do with running!! Ah, the joys of aging, but it is surely better than the alternative!
Love your serene morning skies! Great way to start the day! Terrific capture — shaky or not! Have a great day!!

It looks like you are on the west side of the river. Have the trails on the west side been improved as they have on the east side? I have to admit that I see many more sunsets rather than sunrises. Nice photo.

Lunch was great. We should do that more often.

Nice, nice pic! If you could somehow throw some of that morning running mojo my way, I’d appreciate it. I love that it’s light out for morning runs–but the cold…I just can’t handle the cold! What are your cold weather running tips? (Oh–that would make a good post!)
