We’ve got a yard full of these lovely creatures. They are among my favorite winter visitors to the feeders. We also have several varieties of woodpeckers, including the huge pilliated. They look like the model for Woody Woodpecker.

Good for you. When Mom and sister lived in Canton,Tx there were Cardinals, but everytime I tried to take a picture they flew off.

Cardinals are such beautiful birds. I have yet to take a decent picture of one though and admire those of you who do take such nice ones!
