Boy, oh boy, we need some rain, too! .04 inch of precipitation this year so far, and that is it! We all know that number by heart as it stays the same, day after day.
Lovely shot. I like the Little Twerp sign below, too.
Gorgeous skies, but I’m so sorry about the fires!! I do wish I could send you some of our rain!!! We had a gorgeous day yesterday, but the rain is back today and they’re predicting rain for the next ten days. The weather predictions here can be trusted if it has to do with rain, however they nearly always get it wrong when it comes to predicting sunshine/clear skies! Have a great day!
Beautiful image, although sad that the colors have to be enhanced by smoke. We remember the beautiful sunsets in Naples, Italy, where the pollution in the air made for beautiful sunsets, but dangerous breathing.
Grass fires combined with wind is one of my biggest concerns about living in the country. I am so thankful for the volunteer fire departments in our area!

That is Very scary, but does make a pretty sunset. Praying for rain your way.
Gorgeous light, but a shame it has to come at the cost of a fire.
Hope it rains soon.

Very scary, but it does look pretty! We need rain here too.
I’d be happy to give you some of ours.
Very attractive, Yogi! Sorry to hear about the grass fires but doesn’t the grass come up very green after a fire. I hope no one is hurt!
It seems odd to read of the need for rain in March. Hope no serious consequences with the grass fire.
That’s a beautiful sunset.

I’m doing a rain dance for you all! 🙂
Oh my wish I could send the snow there. This fire is devastating a lot of trees. Happy Wednesday!

So dry east of the Divide here in CO, too with several fires burning. The smoke did make for a beautiful sunset, Yogi. Good Luck with moisture!
Hope you get some. We had snowflakes today but we’re finally drying out.
The smoky skies are great for sunset color.
Interesting shades those obtained in this wonderful sunset.
Seem early for fires is it? Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
At least I can enjoy your sunset. We’ve had rain for most of the month and don’t really remember what the sun looks like.
