We have three dogs and two cats. We don’t generally take them on trips. We think they are more comfortable at home. We have a twenty pound Maine Coon who for some reason really misses me when we are gone and won’t stay away from me when I get home.
I guess it is nice to be loved.
Coon cats are just sooooo gosh darn cool. We have two cats here in Maine, but not coons. I like this shot.

He is gorgeous. Yup, lucky you. Cats aren’t always so generous with their love. I’m one of the lucky ones too. I treasure it.

HUGE cat lover here….mine died 2 summers ago…I still miss him but just can’t bring myself to get another…it won’t be the same.

I had a kitty that loved me like this once – but she retaliated when I left on a trip by peeing on the middle of the guest bed. Be glad your cat just wants to snuggle.
Those Mainers are excellent judges of character. That kitty must throw off some nice heat in the winter!
Oh my gosh that is so cute. I love cuddly kitties. Miss having some myself. Maybe someday I’ll have another but in the meantime I go to the oldest girls and nuzzle of her three.
