If I have time I love to run at noon when the weather is good from downtown through the adjoining neighborhoods and parks to the Arkansas River and back. Sure beats getting up at 5 to run in the morning or the treadmill.

Four miles for lunch is a great way to start the afternoon. There is great noon weather running here generally past Thanksgiving.

I know that something should be on my agenda besides lunch, but it usually doesn’t involve exercise. Sometimes it does involve photography though. Nice work.
Unless something interferes I attend my favorite AA meeting from 12 to 1, prowl around looking for good blog photos, then head home for a little lunch. I like your photos for today. I will have to check out your app.
Back again – I found the Hipstamatic app and read the reviews. The great majority of them were written in the last week or so and bemoan that it was a great app until the most recent update which has it crashing and useless. I will keep an eye on this and pick it up if and when the problem has been addressed. In the meantime, don’t apply any updates.

you run at lunchtime? don’t you get all sweaty? I usually work through lunch, eat at my desk and if its a quiet day, which is rare, I play Words with Friends or DrawSomething on my iPad …
Neat place to run, Yes, autumn is a beautiful season, I agree – especially when the sun shines. I love the colours of September and October but November can be gloomy here in Ontario, a very overcast month. Maybe it will be nicer this year?!
Looks like you have the place to yourself. When I jog, I find that my mind wanders and it’s very relaxing even on a treadmill. Your views are nicer and no sweaty gym smell. ;P

I have Hipstamatic but cannot figure it out to save my soul. My daughter is great at it as you are….I wish I got it. Maybe I am just too darn old. Love the way these shot were processed thru the app. They are wonderful. The first shot of the church is awesome. genie
