Snuggle
This is Chrissy our big ole Maine Coon. She was the alpha critter in the house. We had to put her to sleep Friday night on an all the sudden basis. I miss her considerably. I wrote hundreds of blog posts with her help, but the other critters are trying already to become the replacement snuggle critter. I’m holding auditions. None of them measure up so far.

We used to have a restaurant downtown that made the best beef stew, french bread, carrot cake. This was my standard pre blood giving meal.

So sorry to hear about Chrissy she looks like quite the snuggle bug.
I have to say, that meal looks scrumptious and I really want some beef stew now. Guess it is good that I am making some tomorrow. Unfortunately, I don’t make it very well, so it won’t be near as good as I am sure that was. I can’t even make it the way my mom did.
Gosh darn it, so sorry about your sweet Chrissy. I too, am still missing our oldest dog, Lady and our oldest cat, Aslan, as they both left this last summer a day apart from each other. Your photos brighten the blues, especially you in the mirror!
