Skywatch Friday – From the Old Office View

Skywatch Friday ark river pmedit

Last summer my space at work was moved from a cubicle with a grand view to a very nice office with four beige walls. Every once in a while toward the end of the day I sneak back into my own cubicle and snap a pic or two. I hope that I don’t get in trouble! My favorite views are when the sun lines up with the Arkansas River and there are reflections in the water like the view above last Tuesday night.

Do you have a favorite place to take photographs?

Absolutely fabulous Yogi – beige walls are OK but cubicles with a view are beyond compare.

Hope you got a rise in salary to compensate for beige walls:-)

I know which workspace I’d prefer 🙂 But maybe you do more work now 🙂

My camera spot is by the back wall overlooking the fields behind us running down to the river Thames.

My new office doesn’t have much of a view, but it does have a window which I love and I’m thankful for. My favorite photo spot is on the drive into town when Pikes Peak is visible. It looks different every day and I have hundreds of photos of it.

Wow, a cubicle with a view – a grand view. At least you can still post more of those spectacular shots, with a little sneakin’ 😉

    Thanks for hosting, Yogi!

This is an amazing view from your office. A lot of people would love to be able to look out their office. I wouldn’t think you would get into trouble, if you sneak a shot or two after hours.

The sun looks like a ball of fire in the sky, and its reflection in the water makes me think there is fire rising off the ocean. The patch of sunlight closest to the foreground, especially seems to rise up. Really cool!
