Scavenger Hunt Sunday – Bad Habit Edition

What IS that?

Untitled

This was a giveaway at a recent trade show. I don’t know have a clue who IPS is or what the PLH group is but I this giveaway looks more like something you would expect to find in a hospital or something. I think that it is supposed to be a collapsible water bottle. Would you drink something from this container? If your answer is yes, I am worried about you. My bottle went straight into the trash. (No I didn’t recycle, shame on me.)

Yum

At Lucky’s here in Tulsa, the burger’s are great but I don’t share the fries with truffle oil. So don’t embarrass yourself by asking if you can have one. Because the answer is no. Get your own, moocher!!

On the Road

Here the family is in Branson, Missouri last week on Spring Break. We had a great trip.

Barnes and Noble is fine thank you but I’ll take a nice used book store run by people who love books like Gardener’s here in Tulsa.

Bad Habit

My previous boss got me hooked on Braum’s chocolate mix with Heath Bars. Yummm. I don’t share this either and yes it does hurt to ask.

Ah great yummy food choices! You sure picked a great spring break hangout too. As for your books on a shelf, yes, that would be my bad habit, can’t pass a book store without stopping to take a look!

Yep, I can’t stay out of book stores!! You sound a tad grumpy this morning — have people been asking you to share??? Wear dark glasses and carry a cane, no one will bother you then.

That bottle doesn’t look like something I would want to drink from either. Yes, Braums. My choice is vanilla frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. Joe’s is a banana shake.

I got one of those water bottles at a trade show a couple of years ago. Gave mine to the grand kids. Wow, you may have just hooked me on those Braum’s mixes. I was always a sucker for the DQ Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard. There is a pretty cool used book store in downtown Rogers, AR. If you’re in the area, visiting Crystal Bridges, you might stop by there as well. I didn’t participate this week. Have a blessed week.

Call me old-fashioned but “burger and truffle oil” don’t seem to match somehow. A bit the same with “chocolate and health bars” – a bit of an oxymoron to me but that could be the totally different palates of USA and UK.
I’m going to fall right off the perch and say I actually love new book shops – one wonders who has touched the used ones? Well, I do anyway……….

I too love a good used bookstore!! There are so many great books written and no longer published, and that’s a good place to find ’em.

And…I too woulda dumped that bottle…looks like a drip system from your hospital bed.

ok so that water bottle is a little weird looking but you should have kept it and taken it along on geo cache hunts …. they sell for nearly $20 .. okay the almost $20 are more attractive but …

Yum! I miss Braums–we don’t have them in Kentucky, so I have to wait for trips to MO or OK to get my fix. Looks like you were in Branson almost the same time we were!

Please don’t ever post pictures from Braums, it just makes me crave their frozen yogurt. For those of us who can’t eat ice cream, Braums is a very special treat. On my way to Burlington last week I asked my coworker if she would mind if we went by way of Salina, KS since that’s where the closest Braums is located. We actually thought about it for a minute or two.
