One of my film cameras has the ability to put two small images on the same 35 mm frame. You shoot one image, wind the film a half frame and shoot the other. It drives the guys at Walgreen’s nuts. This frame shows two buildings set against a gloomy sky that are somehow reflecting blue skies.

Weekend Reflections – the old Tulsa Y
I love the reflection of the sun off the tile of the old Y. This is a three year old photo. The building is now all boarded up awaiting its fate.
Weekend Reflections – Old Building
Walking around at lunch with my Ipod. Lots of windows in this old building. Each window tells its own story.
Weekend Reflections – Tulsa River Parks Edition
The Tulsa River Parks Authority has “Tulsa Townies” bicycle stations at two places on the River Parks.
You pick out your bicycle and then use your credit card to unlock it from the unattended solar powered station.
The bikes are free if you return them in 24 hours. If you don’t you just got yourself a $100 bicycle.
I’ve never used them but they get sold out on nice weekends. I think that it is a great idea.
Friday Reflections – Chihuly Garden and Glass – Seattle
Chihuly Garden and Glass is in Seattle at the base of the Space Needle. It is dedicated to the glass artist Dale Chihuly and it is simply amazing. If you go make sure that you have plenty of time and that your camera is fully charged. It is simply amazing. The place is brand new and has room to grow.
We went through the galleries and gardens twice and still didn’t think we saw everything.
