She teaches Zumba, Drum Fit, Aqua Zumba and other classes to variety of people mainly at the Health Zone and other places. One thing she is certified to do but hardly ever gets to do it is teach <a href=\"https:\/\/bollyx.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BollyX<\/a>. A dance fitness exercise based on India&#8217;s Bollywood music. Heather loves Bollywood films and dancing so she is excited about teaching it. She was very excited to get a\u00a0 chance to teach a BollyX class at Tulsa&#8217;s Utica Shopping Center at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.athleta.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Athleta<\/a> store early last Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MWPFCqwzOIs?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The class is free and it is outside so it was a little nippy at the start. Heather got the three people who showed up going though. I had never seen her teach a class before and I was really impressed how good she is. She even let me take photos and record some of the class. There were only three people but they were game and went to the end.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"_DSC0634\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/38584842616\/in\/datetaken\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm5.staticflickr.com\/4557\/38584842616_92f849e45d_z.jpg\" alt=\"_DSC0634\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>There was even a guy there.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WvTWnhGTSMc?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The class was about 45 minutes or so. I got a little chilly watching but Heather and her students got warmed up very well and looked like they were enjoying themselves.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-OBgRcoahyg?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Even the nearby Nutrcracker puppets got into it.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"_DSC0651\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/37752396215\/in\/datetaken\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm5.staticflickr.com\/4532\/37752396215_1ba0bf7bb6_z.jpg\" alt=\"_DSC0651\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>And with BollyX you end the class posing with the &#8220;X&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"_DSC0653\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/24767486648\/in\/datetaken\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm5.staticflickr.com\/4555\/24767486648_15c29b92ec_z.jpg\" alt=\"_DSC0653\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>And you have to have a dramatic pose as well.<\/p>\n<p>I think everybody had fun. Afterward Athleta had water for everybody and a drawing for a gift certificate.
