Ever hear of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lake-effect_snow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lake Effect Snow<\/a>? One morning we had &#8220;Refinery Effect Snow&#8221; the condensation from the cooling towers caused snow on the west side of downtown.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"FSCN9043\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/39110057804\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm5.staticflickr.com\/4711\/39110057804_7e318c7017_z.jpg\" alt=\"FSCN9043\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>We are finally getting some clouds,\u00a0 the days are getting longer.
