I have ridden over 200 miles this Spring. I do it every chance I can. I love it and it is a lot easier on the knees than running was. It is not near as good for cardiovascularwise. It is hard to get your heart rate up.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"20180504-163822-5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/27027886697\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm1.staticflickr.com\/976\/27027886697_ca6d47f65a_z.jpg\" alt=\"20180504-163822-5\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Heather has joined me a lot also. She teaches Zumba and other exercise classes so often times she rides after teaching two or three classes and she is still ready to ride a bunch of miles.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"20180505-142342-5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/40107180840\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm1.staticflickr.com\/964\/40107180840_5591c33220_z.jpg\" alt=\"20180505-142342-5\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>On one of my rides, I got to the literal &#8220;End of the Trail.&#8221; Most trails end a little more gracefully than this. The end at a road or something. The azaleas were in bloom recently. The park&#8217;s shrubs got freeze damaged a few years ago so they are re-establishing the vegetation and doing a very good job of it in my opinion. It is not up to what it used to be but it is on its way.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"_DSC0581\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/41804086522\/in\/photostream\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm1.staticflickr.com\/957\/41804086522_527f748848_z.jpg\" alt=\"_DSC0581\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>I know nothing about flowers, and blooms but I know what I like.
