I love them especially for biking because there are no street or road crossings. I hate riding my bike on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-flickr wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2jfbWRh\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/50043680946_2838f7e0aa.jpg\" alt=\"Bike Riding\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, a perk of being retired, I can pretty much go to the river whenever I feel like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-flickr wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2je4cTL\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/50030854158_4dfcd53a0b.jpg\" alt=\"PICT0051\" width=\"500\" height=\"376\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been scanning old photos. Here is a scene from a cruise that Heather and I took in the 90&#8217;s. I think the ship on the left was ours. It had a bar up on the smoke stack at the back of the vessel. We spent a lot of time up there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-flickr wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2je6Yj3\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/50031393806_e6593607d8.jpg\" alt=\"PICT0047\" width=\"500\" height=\"404\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And this is me in La Jolla, California during a vacation to the area back in the 90&#8217;s. We loved it there.
