We had a little faceoff for a while. All I had was my phone camera so you have to really look hard to see the deer. I love seeing deer on a hike!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pLpyWE\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53667422426_c629c7ace4.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"334\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I captured  a squirrel and some birds on my backyard trailcam a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pJFYMs\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53647991428_fda5ec082c.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"470\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>My sister Ellen, her husband Irv, and my son Logan took a little trip to Woolaroc&#8217;s Museum and Wildlife Preserve about an hour or so from Tulsa. We saw lots of critters including some bison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pJG24M\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53647999103_65e0cff98a.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>They had some juveniles, &#8220;red dogs&#8221; but they wouldn&#8217;t group up. Come on guys, how about some cooperation. Move together. Look at the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pJHfLr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53648240305_8bd91cb41a.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"398\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I have no idea what they are looking at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pLkd7x\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53666571907_8a695e78f8.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"422\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And a group of deer at a Preserve Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pJFaZz\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53647834023_1a1edefe07_c.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"485\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>They had an animal barn and with this sad little donkeys. All donkeys look a bit sad don&#8217;t they.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pJF9Z8\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53647830633_1e441c63da.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And a sad little pony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pJzzye\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53646742617_74fb0167c6_c.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"601\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And maybe the saddest story. This guy was a longhorn cow that lived at Woolaroc and got moved to southeast Oklahoma for a time. His proud horns drooped because the grass didn&#8217;t have the minerals needed to keep them up. He&#8217;s immortalized now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2pLkit9\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53666589922_8fa0a53675.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"324\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Taylor Swift dropped her new double album &#8220;Tortured Poets Department&#8221; the other day. Kodi and I listened to most of it on the back patio. Kodi loves catching rays and grooving to new tunes.
