A red shouldered hawk squatting on my trailcam in our backyard. I think he was looking for a mouse. We have bird feeders in the backyard which attracts a few birds and a whole bunch of squirrels and a few mice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qbANVR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53941211611_b65c39d365.jpg\" alt=\"DSCF0524\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The trailcam captured this cat in our backyard a while back. I&#8217;m thinking he might be carrying a mouse in his mouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qcNNsP\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53954867883_895191ec29.jpg\" alt=\"_DSC0431\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I went to Philbrook Museum of Art the other day. I saw this squirrel resting for the intense midday heat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qcMiCL\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53954575792_ced07e84a1.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And this big ole hippo sculpture made out of car bumpers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qcDo59\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53953029824_484ea333c2.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3555\" width=\"500\" height=\"374\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I rode my bike on the Arkansas River the other day and found this egret fishing in the Arkansas River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qcDo5j\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53953029834_d992669abc.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3554\" width=\"500\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And this group of geese hanging out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qcBFL2\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53952699101_a91a067308.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3552\" width=\"500\" height=\"257\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And this cross species collection of egrets and great blue herons sharing their fishing grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2qcE25n\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53953154305_cf63dfa2ae.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3550\" width=\"500\" height=\"264\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After years of construction Tulsa is opening up the new pedestrian bridge and putting the new Zink Lake Dam into service this weekend.
