She often crosses her paws when in cat pose and I had never seen one paw pointed up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2s97ssT\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55225760175_7e1cfa24ae_c.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadie, the rescue terrier and Lizzie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2s9BXr5\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55231515874_44a3154e29.jpg\" alt=\"Kodi and Sadie at the window\" width=\"500\" height=\"413\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I was cleaning out the bird camera the other day and I noticed Kodi the Pom and Sadie wanting in. The bird camera was live so I got these two live on the bird cam. Kodi is good about going outside and &#8220;dogging&#8221; by himself. Sadie doesn&#8217;t dogging by herself, she&#8217;ll dog with a human or with another dog. They had had enough dogging and wanted in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2s9dQGe\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55227005629_bf64f4cdfd.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"434\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I went on a hike on Turkey Mountain the other day and came across this guy. A Giant Redheaded Centipede according to google images. Kind of a fearsome looking critter and is supposedly venomous. We let him go on its way. It was in its home and we were just visiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2s8U4qv\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55223341321_0f136065f2.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I found this dragonfly on Turkey Mountain as well. When I was a kid in Utah I was scared to death of these things and I can&#8217;t remember why now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2s9ADc3\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55231259396_549b29ced4_z.jpg\" alt=\"White Tailed Deer on Turkey Mountain\" width=\"526\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I also found this white tailed deer on Turkey Mountain as well in a small meadow. Very curious. You can see the hindquarters of another deer to the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr wp-block-embed-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/2s7YfqU\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55212842300_fb769d929c_z.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"557\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And this squirrel I found while hiking at Ray Harrall Nature Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And a one minute twenty second video of the various critters on the bird feeder recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bird Feeder 25 April 2026\" width=\"625\" height=\"352\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jlhOTuIFitU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After I made the youtube video above, an eastern bluebird paid a visit.  Only ten seconds.
