She didn&#8217;t find a luxurious flower plot like this. She took common flowers and bunched them together.l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a data-flickr-embed=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/55370008016\/in\/dateposted\/\" title=\"Georgia O&#x27;Keefe Quote\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55370008016_5121222a2b_w.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"240\" alt=\"Georgia O&#x27;Keefe Quote\"\/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a quote from her written on the museum wall. Obviously flowers had an economic advantage over using live model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then we wandered over to the nearby <a href=\"https:\/\/iaia.edu\/mocna\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/iaia.edu\/mocna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Institute of American Indian Arts<\/strong><\/a> We had never been there before and it was very interesting. The art was great and a lot of it was about recovering Native Identity and rejecting attempts by outsiders of describing who Native Americans are. I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;m butchering the intention and I apologize for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a data-flickr-embed=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/55370197754\/in\/photostream\/\" title=\"What Have We Become? I loved the pair of works above and below named: &#8220;What Have We Become? Basic Assumptions&#8221; where face is carved out of an Anthropology journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a data-flickr-embed=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/55370197774\/in\/dateposted\/\" title=\"What Have We Become? The young man underneath the canoe is my son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are just two museums.
