Its a very long term relationship business and we have make sure that both we and the customer know what we are getting into. So I have developed a pretty direct communication style. It seems to work for me. What works for you? It&#8217;s easy for you to get swept up in what you&#8217;re saying.<\/p>\n<p>You like to connect with people early on so that you can personalize what you are saying to them.<\/p>\n<p>When you converse, you try to find common ground and harmony.
