{"id":271,"date":"2013-08-22T11:13:00","date_gmt":"2013-08-22T11:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yogisden.us\/?p=271"},"modified":"2014-06-15T04:42:50","modified_gmt":"2014-06-15T04:42:50","slug":"skywatch-friday-running-the-river","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yogisden.us\/?p=271","title":{"rendered":"Skywatch Friday &#8211; Running the River"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/28381904@N06\/9565417623\/\" title=\"Untitled by alnbbates, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Untitled\" height=\"640\" src=\"http:\/\/yogisden.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/9565417623_3b36c0ee5c_z-225x300.jpg\" width=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I love this time of year for a number of reasons but a big reason is that the sun is still up during my Wednesday evening &#8220;kitchen pass&#8221; run so I can run for a while and take photographs for a little while. &nbsp;I&#8217;m trying to get ready for my 20th consecutive Tulsa Run 15 kilometer race in late October, plus I am going to see if I have one more half marathon in me for in November, so I&#8217;m starting to build up mileage and there is no prettier place to do that than along the Arkansas River in Tulsa.<\/p>\n<p>Soon enough I&#8217;ll be running in the dark.
