This cool guy with the shades was my favorite.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Mad Mike&#8217;s has created a &#8220;Permission Zone&#8221; where graffiti art is encouraged.
