   I like the pretty pattern their black and white feathers make. I like any kind of bird.

   Guineafowl are fun if your don’t mind the racket they make. They make a good burgler alarm. They never seem to sleep and if disturbed by an intruder will make an ungodly noise.

    Great shot! I saw a ton of these guys on safari in Africa & they were MUCH skinnier and a very nervous bunch….goes to to show what having lots of predators around can do!

    BTW – the squirrel on my post had definitely made his mind up — he wanted BOTH of those apples – No doubts! LOL
