I came across this photo of me crossing the finish line in the Tulsa Run 15K race last October. I’ve had lots of pictures of me running but this is the first where both feet are off the ground at the same time. Generously, they listed the chip time instead of the gun time for the race.
So there.
I’ve kind of committed to do a 5K in March with daughter and her hubby. EGADS…Hope I can do it.
You are looking good, Champ.
Good for you!

Didn’t need proof, I am already in awe of your running!
Nah! I didn’t need proof either, but it’s fun to see you with both feet off the ground! And definitely, good for you! Have a great week, keep your feet on the ground!!

YOU GO BOY!
Ok..what’s the difference between chip time and gun time? I’m clueless. It’s just sad and pathetic.
Most excellent. And it should show chip time! You could add 20 minutes to your time just waiting to get started. Gun time isn’t very accurate most of the time.
I’n duly impressed, Yogi! You don’t even look winded – I bet you could have run 15 more!
You look great for having run
15K. I’m duly impressed!
Woot! Look at you go!
