We have some family friends who live on acreage just outside the city limits. Subdivisions are going up all around them but they still have their critters. My favorite are their two peacocks. They don’t let me too close though.
The sheep were staying in the shade.
Check out Camera Critters for more photographs of all kinds of critters.
Oh, I love your camera critters for the day! The peacocks are so pretty even if they are shy and the sheep must have been clipped recently they look a little bare! In the last shot he looks a little embarrassed! How fun! Hope you and Sweetie and SPB have a terrific weekend!

Yogi: Those are two neat animals to go and visit with some great shots.
We live by the Experimental Farm but in a very close suburb, and we have a lot of little animals coming to visit. Rabbits, skunks too…
Love those critters! Especially the peacocks–my Katie would adore seeing those in person!
Such lovely critters they have. In high rise apartments here, one can only dream of having them.

It must be quite interesting to have Peacocks around the house. The sheep must be cool, they’re almost baare!
Happy Sunday.

The creatures were keeping their eyes on you.
I could well be wrong but I thought I read somewhere that peacocks can be a little peck-happy around humans! For that reason I would want to admire from afar 🙂
I think we all should borrow our neighbor’s critters. We have to listen to them too. Great post.
How I would love to have a home with enough ground around it to house a couple of peacocks and a few sheep. It looks a beautiful place by your photos.

The peacock looks like he wants to come inside.
What a friendly little sheep. On a hot July day, I’d hang out in the shade, too.
