The Laffa restuarant in downtown Tulsa has ceiling and accent lamps like these. They appear to be woven out of colorful plastic strips. They look cool when lit from the inside.
Yogi, yes they are hanging lamps. There is a kiosk at The Landing in Branson that sells them. They are really cool when the vendor turns them on in the evening. It’s a real light show then.
