Sometimes I like to get up early and take a run on Arkansas River trail system here in Tulsa. Daily Savings Time gives me a little more light. Sorry for the blurriness. It is hard to hold the camera steady after you have been running a few miles.
Aha, now I know why I have trouble holding the camera steady. Oops, no, I haven’t been running. Oh, well.
Yogi, this is a lovely shot, and all the more because I know someone who runs!
You really should come out to New Mexico again. There is a lot of room for running and you can gaze on those big, big skies you miss. Although I’m seeing an awful lot of sky in this Skywatch photo of yours.
Yep, Clair said it for me, too! Have trouble holding the camera steady, but it has nothing to do with running!! Ah, the joys of aging, but it is surely better than the alternative! Love your serene morning skies! Great way to start the day! Terrific capture — shaky or not! Have a great day!!
It looks like you are on the west side of the river. Have the trails on the west side been improved as they have on the east side? I have to admit that I see many more sunsets rather than sunrises. Nice photo.
Nice, nice pic! If you could somehow throw some of that morning running mojo my way, I’d appreciate it. I love that it’s light out for morning runs–but the cold…I just can’t handle the cold! What are your cold weather running tips? (Oh–that would make a good post!)

That’s a gorgeous view!
Extra points for waking up early and running…I need some of your dedication!
Looks peaceful. Hope you had a nice run.
Almost worth getting up early for. Almost, I’ve done my time at 5am alarms. Now I only get up that early to catch a plane.
Looks like you are in for a gorgeous day there!

Lunch was great. We should do that more often.
I heart Tulsa. Great pic~
Still your shot is very gorgeous!
Fiery sky
Looks like a nice place for a run away from traffic.
Actually, it’s hard for me to be steady even at the beginning of my run, Yogi. I love your pink dawn in Tulsa.

It is always nice to wake up early to run. The air in the morning is so much fresher. Have a nice weekend, Yogi.
Best time for a good run…Morning when you are fresh and energetic.
Nice scene you captured.
Looks like a promise of a lovely day.
Have a great weekend!

I’m impressed that you got this photo at all after running a few miles. It’s a beautiful city skyline with that pretty bridge also.

The morning light on the buildings is beautiful. Getting out to see that dawn scene might even inspire me to run a few miles.
Very early morning often feels somewhat surreal to me. Good time for meditation or exercise.
Lovely watercolor sky! Love the gradient.
