Son and I planted a geocache near downtown Tulsa a few weeks ago. Everything was cool until I got an email from a couple of intrepid explorers who said that they couldn’t find the cache because of the impenetrable grass.

We used to geocache, a lot of fun! Can’t find it in the grass? No excuse, tell them to keep looking! Have a great day.
Great angle on this photo. That grass doesn’t look all that intimidating. Let continue their search…or get a weed eater.
I’ve seen much worse looking backyards … sometimes out my own backdoor!
Thanks for stopping by!

@Driller – if a person can’t wade through fifty feet of knee high grass they need to find another hobby.
Beautiful scene!
Sounds like something that would be on Coffeypot’s idiot sightings list 😉
Geocaching always sounded like a lot of fun. Maybe I’ll get the boy into that when he’s a little older.
Maybe they need to carry a pair of clippers.
It’s spring, what do they expect? I thought getting out into the wilds was half the fun of the hobby, anyway.
not sure what to say about that dang oklahoma grass. . .but that pic is super cool!! 🙂
…habe wieder einmal gern hier geschaut..
herzlich, Rachel
LOL! Yes, they should take up another hobby.
Nice angle!
Would they like some cheese to go with that whine?
What’s wrong with those intrepid explorers? That is perfectly acceptable grass. But I don’t know anything about geocaching. So I’m just talking talk hear myself talk.
Much like the meadow grasses which choke how my gardening attempts each year. I can well believe it’s impenetrable. So a geo cache sounds quite intriguing. Wonder what you put in there?
I think they must geocache like me!
Oh good grief! The wimps!
A gorgeous perspective.
Give them a clue. lol.
I like that geocache idea.
