This is from Tuesday evening.
From a week or so ago. Part of a series of photographs showing that it was raining all around us except where we live.
And a cheerful morning sunrise
And an optimistic Labor Day. I fly my flag right side up!!
And a long last, the new Dam and Bridge across the Arkansas is done. They had a whole multi day party to celebrate over the Labor Day weekend called the “Big Dam Party.” I missed it all. I got out there Tuesday morning and checked it out myself. I had my own dam party.
I’m linking with Skywatch Friday
…flying right side up is the patriotic way!
The rain photo looked like Florida often does. You can drive into a block of rain and then drive out of it. Kind of weird but fun.
Such interesting cloud formations and every day is a party in such a nice neighborhood! Haha … good to know you’re flying that flag right side up!
I would have done the same thing and visited on my own, for my private dam party.
Any recreation around the dam? Fishing, swimming, biking?
Lovely photos! You do well with your drone.
Heckuva bridge!
I love your cloud photos especially the third one. Granny and Dana used to love to study the clouds and decide which one they were going to sit on in heaven. True Americans fly their flag right side up. That dam and pedestrian bridge are really something!
The sky photos are stunners!
Me gusto la primera foto. Te mando un beso.
Love your sky shots.
I think I like the last one the best, looks quite varied.
Amazing skies, Loved all clicks.
Gorgeous sky images. I love the first and the sunrise and flag photos.
Take care, have a wonderful weekend!
That second picture was a stunner with the rain coming down in the distance, but they were all great. Right side up is the right way for flags.
Wow, that morning sunrise is gorgeous. I would have been running for my camera!
lovely morning sky. you intrigued me – I had to google American flag flying. 🙂
Wow! Dynamic sky photos ~ love the clouds especially ~ and sweet dam pary ~ lol
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

It’s interesting to see the different weather patterns in your area. The photos are beautiful!
You get some great pictures with the drone!
Beautiful and dramatic clouds, Yogi! Your drone takes good photos.
Those cheerful morning clouds are great. No matter our viewpoints I think the flag should be right side up, it’s just respectful. Although, I also believe those who choose to do otherwise have that right.
