I wonder if that picture is of all the Tofurky that was left in the store after Thanksgiving. I don’t think it would be my first choice even if I was looking for a “vegetarian feast”.
This gave me a real chuckle. We actually had a Tofurky on the Thanksgiving Table, along with two turkeys and one honey-baked ham. My niece and her boyfriend are vegetarians and they brought their own food. Her mother also bought vegetarian dishes that were yummy enough for both omnivores and herbivores.
The vegetarians I know don’t touch this stuff … They make the gravy with veg. broth and otherwise they eat everything on the table except the turkey. (It’s really all about the side dishes and the gravy anyway don’t you think?)
Wow! Even the name is unappetizing…and I hardly think it to be a feast.

I have never tried Tofurky so have no idea what it tastes like, but the name is unappetizing. 😉

Even if I was a vegetarian (and I’m not) I really don’t think I could have this in my fridge! I’d have a fit of the giggles every time I saw it.
My oldest Granddaughter became a vegetarian this summer. She fell off the wagon just before T-giving. Couldn’t resist the bird!
