FIne pattern of windows in your building shot. Nothing like bright sunshine this time of year.
Given it’s original purpose, I would think that a fitness facility or wellness center would still work in this building. There seems to be far more people living in very close proximity to the downtown area. I would guess that parking is the major problem area with this building. Still, it is a nice example of late fifties, early sixties modern architecture. Nicely captured.

Not just Tulsa, but the whole of the world seems to be disposing of the old fashioned values in the name of “progress”. I find it sad.
