This week’s hunt was hard for me but here it goes
1.Sparkly
I was thinking blingy, but I couldn’t find sparkly blingy so I’m using fireworks. They are kind of sparkly.
2.Door
I have photographed this funky blue door on the outskirts of downtown Tulsa several times. I’ve seen several professional looking photo shoots also. I don’t know what is behind the door. I hope it is something cool.
3.Decorate
I dabble in lomography which is a fancy word for using toy cameras loaded with film. We have family friends who decorated a juniper tree with bulbs. They were widely spaced so I put two of them together with a double exposure.
4.Stripes
I found this last week last week during a lunchtime walk in an otherwise, down at the heels, but up and coming, funky neighborhood.
5.A Few of My Favorite Things
There is almost nothing cuter than newborn lambs. Sheep are cool.
I like your sparkly shot the best. Creative out of the box is always appreciated by me. And no, no one can resist baby lambs.
You always go “out of the box” with your SHS and I love it.
That door (and the whole side of the building) looks terrific. What a great shot. I never heard of lomography but it sounds like something worth looking into. Very interesting set this week.
I really like the blue door and the whole brick wall which looks a little confusing with the glass windows right behind. Almost like a double wall. Great collection to meet this weeks challenge.
let’s take a trip to the north pole. ( :
Fun, colorful shots for the day!! Wishing you and your family a very wonderful and beautiful Merry Christmas!
These are all awesome! Nicely done.
First off, I couldn’t agree with you more about newborn lambs. And then…all your finds for the hunt are great. I really like the find you found in the neighborhood [stripes]
Yes, fireworks are definitely sparkly. I mean, they do make “sparklers” don’t they.
Very cool door and baby lamb are so very dear.
Those baby lambs are adorable!
I love your idea for sparkly! What a great picture. I miss fireworks. They make me think of summer time. I also love your baby lamb picture. Very, very sweet.
Seems like one neighborhood is forever stuck in the North Pole. Awww, the baby lambs are so cute. Reminds me of Lamb Chop.
Ah! Great choices for this week’s hunt! The lambs are precious.
Ooh, those lambs are so sweet! I love what you did with the double exposure. 🙂
(Happy holidays!)
