I’m in New Orleans for a few days this week.
The red theme started in Tulsa at the airport.
Flew into New Orleans, checked into my hotel, and the red paddles on the paddlewheeler was one of the first things I saw through my room window.
My readers know that I have a think for red cranes. Sorry.
The streetcars were out.
The Norwegians are coming, the Norwegians are coming, Vikings, run for your lives.
A red crane and a red boat!!!!
Two carriages and a donkey. Don’t you think a four row carriage is a little much for one donkey? I think so!!
Thanks Gemma Wiseman and Magical Mystery Teacher!!
That’s a lovely series of Ruby Tuesday photos, and I have enjoyed your New Orleans photos. I have not been there for over 20 years.
Oh, what fun memories of New Orleans your wonderful photos have brought me! And all that RED! Terrific shots for the day! Hope your week is off to a great start — with no more STORMS!!

Love all the red! We took pictures of riverboats on the Ohio River today so I it’s a day for riverboats for us, too! The Norwegians don’t claim those Carnival cruise ships, though. Have fun in New Orleans! I just love seeing all of your pictures. It appears the weather is fantastic!
I want to go on a trip right now!!
these shots are wonderful
Red is a great color. It says life is good, dammit. These are fun shots. That crane is amazing.
You must be in red-photo heaven, Yogi. Too bad the Mrs. couldn’t attend.
I’m seeing red.
Looks more like mule than a donkey, which would have no problem pulling a 4-seater.
Whatcha doin’ in N’awlins? 🙂
Great pictures you show.
Want dg a good day.

So many colourful modes of transportation yet grocery store parking lots (at least here in Canada) are filled with boring black, grey and white vehicles. Weird~
Not really! As long as he doesn’t make an ass of himself on hills. hahahaha
Beautiful shots!

Great shots, YO! And you’re outta town again? You’re always outta town on “business”. I’m always at home. It’s hardly fair.
You found enough red to keep you going for a while, didn’t you?
