jen: Yep I run a little bit. Its like meditating. My method is to start slow and then taper off.

I’m always a sucker for reflections so I love this. I agree with you on running like meditation – I find it a wonderful way to concentrate the mind. I often get great ideas for classes too.
I also found your post about evolution and genesis very interesting. I can’t understand why some people seem to find it necessary to perpetuate the religion/science split either, also the divide between sciences and humanities subjects in education and academia. Seems so silly to me. Anyway, enough rambling!
