Saturday I ran on Turkey Mountain for the first time since I messed my knee up there back on Labor Day. You can bet I was watching where I was putting my feet this time! It was a cold, breezy day in Tulsa and so running up on the mountain is better than plodding it out on the trail fighting the wind.
Anyways, I didn’t set any speed records. But I had a great time, and then drove back to pick up the kid.
How was your Saturday?
Glad you were able to make the run again and I know you are, too!! It’s still raining — starting on week 4!! I suspect we’ll all be molding here in the northwest!!! In the 20 years I’ve lived here I’ve never seen it rain this hard for this long???? We surely should have a GREEN spring and summer!! Hope you have a great new week!!
You go Yogi!!! Me? I’d rather walk and buck the wind. lol
Great that you can run Turkey Mountain again! But, good to watch your step. Just being in the forest blocks the wind. It’s still snowing here – I’m in front of the fire.
Glad everything healed so that you could make the run. Must have felt great to be up there.
Did you read, that these linky will stop?

You are such a dedicated exerciser and I am such a slacker. I think about running and then I sit down until I forget the thought. I am ashamed of myself, but I’m not going to change . (Some of these words were borrowed from a recent comment on my blog. I’m sort of ashamed of that as well!)
