Last summer my space at work was moved from a cubicle with a grand view to a very nice office with four beige walls. Every once in a while toward the end of the day I sneak back into my own cubicle and snap a pic or two. I hope that I don’t get in trouble! My favorite views are when the sun lines up with the Arkansas River and there are reflections in the water like the view above last Tuesday night.
Do you have a favorite place to take photographs?
That’s bitter sweet, isn’t it?!
I think you miss that old office and the beautiful views you were able to enjoy. This one is lovely.
Yes, I agree with Genie!! And bittersweet indeed!! Incredible view and an awesome capture for the day!! Hope you and your family have a lovely weekend!!
Absolutely fabulous Yogi – beige walls are OK but cubicles with a view are beyond compare.
Hope you got a rise in salary to compensate for beige walls:-)
What a grad view you had from your cubicle! Too bad you had to move to a office with 4 beige walls. Sneak in often to take some wonderful photos. 🙂
That is a great view and a lovely shot.
I love taking photos of the old jetty on the lake, as you already know…
Wonderful photo and view,Yogi!Have a nice weekend.
Beautiful capture
Beautiful photo!
Just WOW!!! That’s all I got.
I know which workspace I’d prefer 🙂 But maybe you do more work now 🙂
My camera spot is by the back wall overlooking the fields behind us running down to the river Thames.
Yogi ~ awesome sky shot for SWF ~ sure wish you would get moved back to your window office ~ Beautiful sight!

Wow – look’s like it has been (or was going to be) a scorcher of a day! Thanks for sharing Yogi – I hope you soon have a better view.
I am sure you miss your old office. The view was fabulous! Love the reflections and gorgeous sky! Have a happy weekend!
Fabulous!
the view to your old office is unbeatable.
You had a gorgeous view.
My new office doesn’t have much of a view, but it does have a window which I love and I’m thankful for. My favorite photo spot is on the drive into town when Pikes Peak is visible. It looks different every day and I have hundreds of photos of it.
That view is beautiful indeed!
I can see why you would sneak back for pictures like this! That is breathtaking.
Wonderful view with the sunset skipping down the river.
I would not get much work done with a view like that I’m afraid!
I always loved the view from your cubicle Yogi! So glad you still get to snap a few from that window.
No wonder if you miss your cubicle’s view. Awesome sunset, Yogi.

Wow, a cubicle with a view – a grand view. At least you can still post more of those spectacular shots, with a little sneakin’ 😉
Thanks for hosting, Yogi!
This is an amazing view from your office. A lot of people would love to be able to look out their office. I wouldn’t think you would get into trouble, if you sneak a shot or two after hours.
The sun looks like a ball of fire in the sky, and its reflection in the water makes me think there is fire rising off the ocean. The patch of sunlight closest to the foreground, especially seems to rise up. Really cool!
Can see why you miss your old office, Yogi!
Well I can sure see why you miss your old cubicle. Happy to snuck back over to capture this one!
Happy weekending
If you get in trouble, we’ll all get together and write a note of explanation to your boss. We’ll MAKE him/her understand. 🙂
Like a fire in the sky! Gorgeous!
That is one amazing photo, Yogi!
