The sky during a recent blustery day on Tulsa’s industrial west side. I love the bare trees, the blue sky, and the clouds. I even love the “trash to energy plant” on the lower left side of the photo with the two smokestacks.

That’s a pretty sky for a blustery day. After spending so many years in gray damp winter weather, it still tends to surprise me when the sky is pretty and blue on cold cold days. (When visiting our Colorado kids, i’ve walked outside coatless more than once and nearly frozen before I get back inside to grab my heavy winter coats; sky is almost always blue there it seems like.)
We have a power plant within view at the end of our canal here in Florida.. I don’t mind it…. pretty sure that view it is what makes our ‘water-front’ resort affordable. If not for that, somebody would probably buy this property and turn it into condos.
Hello, I like the bare trees too. The blue sky is pretty also. Enjoy your day and the weekend ahead!
Great shots.
Beautiful place and click.
Very beautiful.
Wonderful photo ~ love the blue sky juxtaposed with the wintry trees ~ thanks,
Wishing you a Happy and Fun weekend ~ ^_^
looks very wintery and like a storm is coming but blue sky and the winter trees are nice, very dramatic photo!
So beautiful pictures! The road at sunset () and, here, the bare trees with their branches against the intense blue sky of january! Lovely views!
A very good day and weekend, too!
That is one gorgeous sky Yogi.
That looks like a pretty sky behind the tree silhouettes! Enjoy your weekend.
Gorgeous sky and backdrop for the skeletal trees.
Beautiful clear blue sky. The leafless branches created a nice picture against the blue sky. The clouds look like fluffy cotton pulled across the sky!
love those bare branches
bare trees and blue sky are perfect match! Cheers..
Nice – that is a classic winter sky.
