Red should be the only color allowed on a fire truck. I remember when Tulsa decided that chartreuse was more visible and therefore the right color for these vehicles. It didn’t work. The cause may be great, but the color does not belong on a fire truck.

That pink campaign has really taken off–what a clever idea, though simple, for such a good cause.

Thanks for visiting my basketball post, Yogi. I’ll get more pix when the seats fill up and there’s a bit more action. We have lots of games to go to!

I love that they support this cause in this way.

One pink firetruck isn’t going to hurt anything. It just makes more attention be drawn to the movement.

Great that they support such a great cause and as long as it’s only one, fine and I think it would attract a lot of attention as it screams down the street. But one should be all that’s needed, I would stick with red for all the others! Besides, then the pink one would stand out even more! Hope your week is off to a great start!

Ooooh…you are TRICKY. I frowned at the pink one AT FIRST (don’t you judge me!!) but then I saw the next pic and realized why it was pink. In this case, I choose the pink!

I have to admit I laughed when I seen the pink truck, That said it is so important for a community to get behind such important causes such as this

It is a good cause but if it were California I would say “we can’t afford it”. Here services to the needy are cut back so I would say it is more important to give a woman without health insurance the treatment she needs than paint the truck.

How much MaryKay do you have to sell to get that firetruck?! hahaa

I kinda like the pink for a change and it is for a good cause!

    What a fun RT!
