Our house in Tucson….the house was nestled in amongst those wonderful cactus!!! I miss them a lot.

I came back to finish my comment as I was on my way out of our hotel and hubs told me it was time to get back on the road. I enjoyed this picture because it reminded me of our wonderful visits to Arizona and the first one I ever took as a young bride. Those tall cactus captured my imagination and I fell in love with the desert.
I read that some kind of cactus grows in almost every state, but I will never see one without thinking Arizona. Lovely picture.
We went to Phoenix and Tucson earlier this month and saw quite a few. I love to visit the desert, but I don’t think I could live there full time. – Margy
Sure does look like Arizona!
Those are some inspiring cactus, with their arms reaching up for the sun.
I like the old truck in your header.
Oh yea, my favorite AZ cactus.
It takes cacti many years to grow so tall–great shot!
