A female cardinal at our birdbath.
And a video,
And then a guy cardinal shows up.
And a video
And a sparrow
And one of our big fat squirrels checking the bath action out.
And LJ and LIzzie sharing a spot of sun in the house.
And to Oxley Nature Center. I think these are Pelicans. They were way up high and I had my long lens as long as it would get.
And some geese cruising down Coal Creek. I was looking for otters. The staff tells me I need to get there at 6 am to have a chance. I don’t see that happening.
About it critterwise for this week. I’m linking with Eileen’s Saturday Critters. Lots of great posts there. Check it out.
Hello Alan,
I always enjoyed feeding the birds and watching my yard birds. You never know when something new will show up. Nice captures of the Cardinals. I like your kitties sitting in the sun puddle. Great capture of the White Pelicans flying over and the Canada Geese in the creek. I have seen otters once in my life, just a lucky sighting. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, enjoy your weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
What a great bird bath! I love visitors!
Love the male and female cardinal ~ fun photos and videos ~ the feathered friends move quickly ~ Wow! that squirrel is huge! ~ If you are feeding the birds, there is seed with red hot pepper in it that birds like but squirrels don’t ~ just.a thought ~ And cats enjoying the ‘sun puddles’ is a great shot! Xo
Wishing you love and peace in your days,

Que ternura lo del baño de los pajaritos. Yo tambien los veo en mi jardín. Me gustaron los gansos. Te mando un beso
I too think I would miss the otters. But I also miss the Cardinals watched in Yarnell.
