I went walking around Lafortune Park and found this tree near the tennis courts.
Found this scene on one of our nightly dog walks in the neighborhood.
Found this at a walk at nearby Ray Harral Nature Center.
Launched the drone from the back yard and captured this scene at sunset. It is actually looking northwest away from the setting sun.
Another view from a different angle. I launched prematurely though, as colorful as my captures were…
If I’d have launched 10 minutes later things would have been a lot more colorful. This is from my front porch.
Went hiking on Turkey Mountain. I’m loving the switchbacks on the new trails going up and down the hills. There should be a lot less erosion than the old trails.
Found me what I call a chandelier tree while on my hike. You can tell the weather has been lots better so I am getting out more. Snow and ice again tomorrow though!!
I’m linking with Skywatch Friday. Come join in the fun!
…that fire sky is spectacular!!! Thanks for hosting the party.
It certainly feels good to get out. Glad you did and got these great photos. Those skies are incredible and the views. It has been warmer here too, but we’ve had rain and tomorrow is supposed to be a good day. We will be out and about.
Oh what a wonderful series of Skies in March in Tulsa ~ beautiful photos! Xo
Wishing you lots of love and laughter in your days,

Wonderful collection of photos today – love the dark blue at the beginning and the sunset series is amazing
Great photos of the trees and sky!
The third tree image and the last sunset – love how the reddish is fanning out:) Eek, it’s not feeling like Spring yet here (because I’m having a warm sweater on over a top, and woolen pants). Have a good weekend and enjoy the sunshine:)
Me gustaron las fotos del atardecer. Te mando un beso.
Amazing sky.
I am thinking of getting the hubby a good durable drone for our anniversary. May I ask what brand do you have and the specs and if you are satisfied with the performance?
Worth a Thousand Words
Leafless trees look like beautiful silhouettes against the sky and I loved your drone’s sunset perspectives.
Gorgeous sunset!
I am still waiting for the snow to melt so I can get out there and learn to fly my drone. You inspire me! Awesome sky shots! Enjoy your weekend!
Very soon the trees will be green. Love the colourful sunset. Happy weekend.
Your sunsets are spectacular! The chandelier tree is intriguing.
The sunsets are especially glorious.
Spectacular skies. I see you’re having fun with your new drone. The nice thing about bare trees is that the sky can peek through the branches in a delightful way.
I’m loving all the moods of your skies. Early Spring is wonderful and I was happy to experience it again last year when we stayed in Oregon. It really doesn’t happen the same way here in SW Florida. It IS smart to get outside whenever you have a good day this time of year like you do. It took me a while last year to remember that. (Again, not the same here in Florida.)
Those sunset photos! Especially the last one looking like flames shooting up in the sky. We are getting weather whiplash around here – appears you are, too.
Wonderful photos and sky shots. Your sunset photo is stunning.
Have a great weekend!
Your sunsets have been spectacular. Your chandelier tree reminds me a bit of my octopus tree. It sounds like Tulsa weather has been back and forth between winter and spring.
Beautiful sky photos!
Wow, awesome skies!! Love those drone shots.
All these pictures are beautiful.I love the sunset captures. These drone captures are amazing with different colours of the sky.
Beautiful landscapes and skyscapes! Oh and the trees sure add a lot of character!
Your drone photos are beautiful. You can access so many different angles and perspectives with one. Your trees are getting ready to burst forth with new buds. Enjoy.
love your drone images.
What a glorious series of photos, Yogi.
The sunset shots are stunners!
Happy Sunday!
Love the trees.
