Thanksgiving day is also Hanukkah for the first time since the late 19th Century. A twofer for our Jewish neighbors and friends. Gobbletov I’m told.

Happy Thanksgiving and Hanukkhah – I have a great number of Jewish friends but have never heard of the expression Gobble Tov – Mazeltov, yes, but not the above. However when I looked it up it’s for this very special time of T and H being celebrated together.

We’ve had turkey visitors in the backyard since our 8″ of snow! They’ve cleaned under the birds feeder rather well!
