Skywatch Friday – Thanksgiving

I hope that Thanksgiving finds you home or with loved ones.

Thanksgiving day is also Hanukkah for the first time since the late 19th Century. A twofer for our Jewish neighbors and friends. Gobbletov I’m told.

I hope that you got your turkey by now.

If you don’t you can try catching one of these dudes. Good luck with that by the way.

Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Skywatch Friday from my family to yours.

At the risk of being boring BUT that first picture is fabulous.

Looks like a wonderful table setting for a special meal.

Happy Thanksgiving and Hanukkhah – I have a great number of Jewish friends but have never heard of the expression Gobble Tov – Mazeltov, yes, but not the above. However when I looked it up it’s for this very special time of T and H being celebrated together.

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well! You might be the bravest cook I have ever seen with a Turkey right on the rack and pan underneath (looks tasty too!).

There have been some really fun puns on the two celebrations converging!
That’s how you smoke a turkey?!
We’ve had turkey visitors in the backyard since our 8″ of snow! They’ve cleaned under the birds feeder rather well!
