I’m showing three shadow shots today.
First is late afternoon by my MIL swimming pool. Sitting out by the pool this time of year is lots of fun.
Second is early morning in Payson, Arizona. Arizona doesn’t put up with foolishness like illegal immigration nor daylight savings time so this was like 6 am which is still pretty dark in Oklahoma.
This last is a self portrait from back in February.
Very cool. I really like the first one.
Great shadow shots for the day!! The blue skies of Arizona are terrific — wish I could say the same about their governor! Oooops! don’t usually say things like that, I forgot to be nice!! Hope your weekend is off to a great start! Enjoy!

I’m most impressed – I’d have walked past those three images and, maybe, thought that’s pretty but probably wouldn’t have taken a picture.
Clever you, entertaining us in this way.
A bit of shade feels nice in the heat of summer but your MIL’s patio looks like there is not much shade to be had. Best to jump in the pool.
I think being *in* the pool is a lot of fun!
Excellent shadows. I always like a shadow portrait and think you should have included one by the pool.
Like that artsy pool shot. Lazy afternoon’s at the pool in July? Ya, I can take that.
nice .. whats up with those Paysonites?
I love the light in these. You’re a shadow man, Yogi!
You’re so naturally artistic! I love your pictures!
Great shadows! The first…best..
Wish you a nice week!
I love the subtle shadows in the top shot.
One of the things I appreciate most about Arizona is its not going on Daylight Saving Time.
San Miguel Shadows
Fun shots, all three.
Hey Yogi – Love your shadow shots and I also love the special framed effect on your 4th of July photo and the Skywatch pic. Hope you had a good 4th!
