The Pedestrian Bridge is a converted railroad bridge across the Arkansas River in Tulsa. It connects an extensive trail network on both sides of the bridge administered by the River Parks Authority.
(Looking east from west bank. The bicyclist is my wife.)
The bridge is popular with walkers, runners, bicyclist, fishermen, photographers, geocachers, and bloggers. It makes for wonderful people watching.
I used a recyclable film camera for the photos. I like to take pics while riding my bike and not have to worry about dropping the camera.
Very nicely captured. The first photo is suitable for framing… extremely well composed. Have a great week-end.
Your photos are always so interesting.
What a great way to use the old railroad bridge! Fun place to walk and people watch! Wonderful captures as always! Hope you and Sweetie and SPB have a fun, wonderful weekend!

Nice bridge. I really like when old rails get made into trails. They are usually pretty level.
Great bridge, I’m guessing you can only walk on the lower level.
Great shots. Good for you for getting outdoors. Happy clicking!
Great shots of the Pedestrian bridge. I really like the way you framed the long outside view with the tree. It is a very photogenic structure.
How nice to have a pedestrian river bridge, away from the noise of traffic. Nice photo, Yogi.
It’s so rare to see things built for pedestrians in North America!
How very cool! What a great place for photographers, too.
There is a pedestrian bridge in Marietta, Ohio, built along an old railroad bridge. It’s not in as good shape, but its rustic look adds to photo opportunities.

I love looking at that bridge but have never been on it.
