   Love the pink glow in the sky. I was going through some old pics the other day and found a folder called “pink sunset” that was full of pics from a summer evening a few years back. All the pics had this pinkish-orange glow about them.

   The MAYO hotel was named for John D Mayo who opened it in 1925. It has no connection to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN or to mayonnaise.

   THings are pretty dark around here. We have no lights. When the moon shines I have to close the curtains, now, or I cannot sleep!

    That is a funky pink sky. It is amazing what light relection can do with the impurities in the air.

    Thanks Bill for your post as you’ve answered my question re. the name of the hotel. I thought it was from mayonnaise and was going to write a flippant comment in this compartment! Dang, all the foolishness that jumped into my head has now to be flushed away by sleep. Love your skies Yogi.
