The sunrise is almost straight parallel with our backyard fence these days and it makes for some strange reflections on the fence like this shepherds crook and suet cake holder shadow I captured the other day.
I hope everyone in the USA experiencing cold weather stays warm and is keeping their pets inside.
That shadow of the shepherd’s hook with the suet cake is so unusual – hopefully it isn’t fooling any birds.
That’s a great shadow shot. I’m hoping a lot of warmth for everyone, human and wildlife.
It looks like it was a nice bright day, if cold. We’ve been wet, not so much cold. However, the northern part of the state is where it’s cold and snowy. Where they are not used to it.
Me gusto la fot. Ten una buena semana. Te mando un beso.
You need a keen eye to recognize these interesting shadows and the play of light.
We’re pretty cold up here, too! My driveway is atrocious.
It’s suppose to be Summer here right now but when I got up this morning it was a very chilly 8 degrees celsius.
We were just in Upstate NY and it was unbelievably cold. Happy to be heading back to our moderately cold New Jersey.
I need to captures some shadows here in Costa Rica. They’ve been following me, but they’ve been evasive.
