(Arizona, May 2012)
I went on a trip to Arizona last weekend. I forgot how dramatic the landscape is. The sky in this shot did its own texturizing.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, yep, just the other day Bud and I were talking about the desert beauty…the mountains, the hills, the flat lands, the canyons…it’s all so very beautiful there.
And I like how you worded that the sky did its own texturing!!!!
I love the landscape in the Southwest .. and the skies ..
I didn’t expect to see so much green
Nice. It’s nice to see something different from Oklahoma isn’t it.
I do love Arizona! It’s incredibly lovely there. Love how the sky has texture.
Wow – how amazing!
Awesome capture and such beautiful skies! I love the texture they have, too!

Nice shot of our gorgeous AZ skies.
This great country of ours has some breath taking landscapes for us to enjoy. Very nicely captured.
That is stunning. As an aside, well done in exceeding your goal for the Autism Centre of Tulsa. It would be lovely if your target could be doubled.
That banner? Some wide open spaces!
It sure did!! Great shot. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Arizona does have a lot of dramatic geology without all that vegetation they have in the east to hide the land.
Splendid. 🙂
Beautiful landscape.
Ooooh this is beautiful! Ha! And I like the texture on the sky!
I’m visiting from SkyWatch Friday. Here’s My Sky. Regards from Barcelona.
Gorgeous! Have a wonderful weekend!
Sky Shots in Disney World, please come and see.
Ha, the sky does look textured, and the Arizona rocks are quite dramatic.
Bigger than I could ever imagine! Beautiful.
Pleasing cloud patterns up there.
Beautiful… love desert skies, and I think AZ skies are my favorite!
Great desert scene, brigns back memories of when we used to spend winters in Arizona — and I love what you said about the sky doing its own texturizing. Yes!
wonderful indeed!
