The Daffodils are blooming at Woodward Park
So everybody is out taking pictures of flowers and themselves and their loved ones. When I first got there there was a couple who set up a tripod with a video camera to make videos of themselves making out in amongst the daffodils. I was too flabbergasted to fulfill my journalistic duty to document such goings on in the buckle of the Bible belt. I’m sure they were from New York or California or some other godless place. Anybody out there done a video of themselves making out? We want to hear about it.
I brought along my pinhole camera to take pics of the daffodils.
This is a double exposure using the pinhole camera. A Holga PC 135.
I can’t wait for the tulips to come up!
I wandered lonely as a cloud – unlike the making out couple:-)
Doesn’t it do the old heart good to see such a wondrous sight?
So beautiful and colorful! We get a little more color every day and with the gray skies — every day, the flowers do make a wonderful difference! Have a great week!
Mine are two weeks behind everyone else in the neighborhood…just like me. They are the first sign that spring and truly sprung!
I can’t believe you actually have greenery and flowers already! It’s still winter here with snow in the forecast for later this week. At least I can enjoy your beautiful pictures.
They are beautiful! Our daffodils are budding but not blooming yet.
Gorgeous spring shots.
I’m sure that video is somewhere on Facebook or whatever the kids these days are using to share their lives with everybody. (Still I’m glad to know that Oklahoma isn’t that different from the rest of the world ;>))
The daffodils are absolutely beautiful and if I could see them in person I’d share them everywhere I possibly could. (I miss Spring flowers.)
I love the color. We are looking forward to some daffs around here!
